 Monitoring Services
Professional monitoring of the ERF Wireless CryptoVue™ Network Security Appliance is available for an additional monthly fee.
Features include:
- 24/7 at one of the two ERF Wireless
state-of-the-art Network Operations Centers
- Simultaneously tracks the status of all encryption and radio devices at every one of
the monitored networks installed by ERF Wireless.
- Each encryption device initiates a secure session with the CryptoVue™ NOC Monitoring Server [PRB1] located at one of two ERF Wireless sites and advises the server of its status at configurable intervals.
- WAN side NICs [PRB2] of the encryption devices are polled at regular intervals by the CryptoVue™ Monitoring Server [PRB3]
- Monitoring Server [PRB4] reports device status and performance data back to the ERF Wireless NOC Monitoring Server
- The ERF Wireless NOC Monitoring Server raises an alert if it doesn’t get a successful status report from any encryption or radio device.
- Generates initial configurations files for each CryptoVue™ device and writes it to a specially encoded Secret Biometric Crypto Key specific to that device’s location.
- Gateway Server
- Enables all CryptoVue™ devices to be reached via an encrypted PPP over SSH session for maintenance and central administration, allowed only by the Secret Biometric Crypto Key
- Polices remote logins to any CryptoVue™ device
